1896年、中世から革細工が深く根付いていたトスカーナ州のペーシャにGuidoGuidi、GiovanniRosellini、GinoUlivoの３名によってタンナー『CONCERIAGUIDIEROSELLINI社』が設立される。CONCERIAGUIDIEROSELLINI社のファクトリーブランドが『GUIDI』です。製靴の後にタンブリングで染色を行うなど、素材のフィニッシングとプロセスから素材の良さを最大限に生かしたアイテムを製作しています。レザーファクトリーブランドならではのコレクションは必見です。現在はRuggeroGuidiがタンナーを率いており、古来の手法を守るため、常に先端技術と古典的な生産のバランスを探して生産を続け、今では世界中のデザイナーを魅了する高級タンナーへと成長を遂げました。

2005年より、＜GUIDI（グイディ）＞がスタート。｢革への情熱と伝統への敬意｣を理念に置き、中世から伝わる極めて伝統的な手法を用いてプロダクトを製作。突出した手作業から生まれる、その履き心地は所有者だけが味わうことができる唯一の特権と言われています。

独特なトウのフォルムやジップパーツなど、GUIDI（グイディ）の象徴的なデザインで世界的に支持を博すブーツPL 1。アッパー部分は、イタリアのトスカーナ地方で100年以上伝統が続くタンナーによるレザーが使用され、オイルを多く含む革は履き込むほどに表れる光沢や経年変化も魅力的です。履きやすさにも定評のあるGUIDI。少し高めにデザインされたヒールはコルクとレザーが内蔵され、歩くほどに足の形を記憶し、より高いフィッティングを実現します。その履き心地は所有者だけが味わうことができる唯一の特権。ソールを張り替えながら何年でも使用できる、一生物の靴と断言できます。仕様はグッドイヤーウェルト製法／ベジタブルタンニンなめしをしています。また付属のラバーパーツをソールに張ることができます。

The PL 1 boots, with their distinctive toe shape and zippered closure, have garnered global acclaim. The upper is crafted from leather from a tannery in Tuscany, Italy, with over 100 years of tradition. The oil-rich leather develops a lustrous sheen and ages with wear, lending a charming appearance. GUIDI is also renowned for its comfort. The slightly elevated heel, built with cork and leather, memorizes the shape of your foot with every step, providing a superior fit. The exceptional comfort is a privilege shared exclusively with its owner. With years of wear and the ability to replace the sole, these boots are a lifetime purchase. The shoes are Goodyear welt welt/vegetable tanned. The included rubber parts can also be attached to the sole.
