リバーシブル仕様の新型ソフトシームジャケット。血液の動脈と静脈をイメージして作成したNOBNAGAオリジナルのブリントジャージ素材。非常に伸びがよく着心地がとても良いのが特徴。表裏で生地をボンディングしています。裾、袖、衿は裁ち切り。表裏ともにパチポケット仕様で、貫通ポケットとなり機能性にも優れています。

SoftSeanは、生地同士を重ねることなく生地端を付け合わせの状態にして平らに繋ぐという、縫い代を必要としない縦製を可能とした特殊なミシンです。縫い代がない＝生地同士の重なりをつくらないため、着用時に縫い代によるころつきはなく、柔らかい着心地を可能にします。また通常の縦製では欠かせない「ステッチ」も必要としないため、糸の硬さが生地の伸びを制限することもありません。生地の伸びと同様に維ぎ糸もストレッチされる構造になっているので、動きを制限することなく自分の肌のような感覚を得ることができます。SoftSeam®は、この「縫い代」「ステッチ」をなくし、究極のストレスフリーを提供するために、日本のプロベスト社によって開発されました。NOBNAGA のコレクションではソフトシームミシンによる縫製が、リバーシブル性能を持たせたりデザイン線を強調することを可能にしました。

New soft-seam jacket with reversible design. NOBNAGA's original blint jersey material was created with the image of the arteries and veins of blood. SoftSean is a special sewing machine that allows vertical sewing without seam allowance. No seam allowance = no overlapping of fabrics, so there is no rolling caused by seam allowance when worn, enabling a soft and comfortable fit. Also, since “stitches” are not necessary, which are indispensable for ordinary vertical sewing, the stiffness of the threads does not limit the stretch of the fabric. SoftSeam® was developed by ProVest in Japan to provide the ultimate stress-free garment by eliminating the “seam allowance” and “stitching. In NOBNAGA's collections, SoftSeam® sewing allows for reversible performance and emphasizes design lines.
